We’re bold. We’re data-driven. We know what’s at stake.

When it comes to political discourse, Gen Z and young Millenials are united in a call for authenticity, inclusivity, increased support and recognition of their unique challenges and concerns.

But our ground-breaking research tells us that young people don’t see the return on civic engagement. To combat this narrative and bolster existing mobilization efforts, we are amplifying young voices, addressing attitudinal barriers and galvanizing young Americans to be protagonists in civic life.

Research shows that Gen Z and young millennials share a common and unique set of values that transcend partisanship. A significant majority believe that government must do more to protect the vulnerable, invest in children and families, and fight climate change. Their resolve to address these issues has only strengthened in recent years. And without them, we wouldn’t have had the major policy wins America’s seen over the last century.

But this progress must continue. To make the case, we’re employing a values-based messaging approach, emphasizing positivity and optimism, with a particular focus on elevating the voices and leadership of young people to see their vision through.
